PAUL S. VAIDYA
Attorney Paul Vaidya is the owner and senior counsel at the law office of Paul S. Vaidya, Attorney at Law, PLLC. Mr. Vaidya is well known for his intelligence, integrity, tenacious work ethic, and unwavering dedication to his clients.
Mr. Vaidya is an alumnus of the University of Michigan, having graduated (with University Honors) with a Bachelor’s degree in political science. He was later awarded a scholarship at Ohio Northern University College of Law where he earned the degree of juris doctor.
Mr. Vaidya has over a decade of service in the legal field. Even prior to becoming an attorney, he acquired significant legal training and experience by working as a legal assistant and law clerk at various law firms. He also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Fred M. Mester at the Oakland County Circuit Court. After passing the bar examination, Mr. Vaidya served 4 years as an associate attorney at Ligon Law Office in Brighton. While at Ligon Law Office, he represented clients in probate, criminal, family, and general civil matters. Currently in his own firm, Mr. Vaidya continues to provide comprehensive legal services, especially in the areas of family law, elder law, probate, estate planning, and small business formation. In addition, he frequently serves as a court-appointed attorney and Guardian Ad Litem in probate court proceedings.

Attorney Vaidya is licensed to practice in all Michigan state courts as well as in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. He is a member of the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan, as well as the Elder Law & Disability Rights Section. He is also a member of the Livingston County Bar Association.
